SUMMER BOOST CHALLENGE

We've created this section of our site for clients of The Yard Gym taking part in their challenge.

Below you'll find recommended dishes to order with full ingredient lists and macronutrient details to help you hit your challenge goals, as well as our 'combos' which are balanced meals curated by our in-house nutritionist.

Order by midnight Thursdays. If picking up from your local gym, choose 'pick up' and let us know which Yard gym you'll collect from in the notes section.

Collect your meals from your local Yard Gym the following Tuesday or they'll be delivered directly to your door.
