How far in advance can I order?

At this stage the cut off time for ordering our meals is 3 days in advance. When ordering our meals, please select the date and a rough time you wish to pick up your meals. Feel free to stock up on your meals at the start of the week for a quick, easy and nutritious dinner option after a big day.

Do you deliver?

We currently do not deliver. We are only offering Pick up services from our kitchen, however, never say never! 

How do I prepare my meals?

All your meals are made fresh daily by our Chef. All you will have to do is heat and eat! Re-heating instructions will be located on each meal.

Do you offer dietary substitutions?

Yes! We find it extremely important to cater to those with dietary requirements. We offer a range of Dairy-free and gluten-free meals. Find these meals located in the 'Gluten-free' and 'Dairy-free' drop down menu. We also have the option to make many of our meals gluten or dairy-free, all you have to do is select those options whilst ordering. Please let us know if you have any other dietary requirments and we will do our best to cater for you!

Can I see all the ingredients in a meal?

Yes, all the ingredients are listen online and on the nutrition panel on the meal.

How long do meals last?

As meals are made fresh, they will usually last around 5 days in your fridge and 3 months in the freezer. Look out for the 'Use by' date on your meal.

How do I pay and order?

All orders and payments can be made through our website. There is an option to securely save your payment details in your "wallet" located in the members area, this ensures a quick, fast and easy checkout!

Is there a minumum order?

No! You have the option to order as little or as much as you like.
